Our fully equipped patient rooms are designed to meet all the needs of our patients and their companions. Your nurse or your coordinator will give your room introduction. Also, there is a hospital presentation and room introduction video, which you can watch on the TV in your room.

There is a controlled patient bed, nurse call system, bathroom, wardrobe, refrigerator, TV, central heating and cooling, telephone, hand disinfectant, and seat which turns into a bed for a companion.

You will have disposable slippers, pillows, bed sheets & blankets in your closet for you and your companion. There will be shampoo, soap, and towels in the bathroom.
There is a hot drink tray in our rooms and we also have different menus prepared for our international patients. Optionally, our cafeteria serves 24 hours a day. You can dial 8888 extension numbers between 08:00-17:00 to place an order in your room. You can benefit from the cafeteria as self-service apart from these hours.

All our rooms have free wireless internet connection (wi-fi) so you can easily use the internet from anywhere in our hospital by getting the necessary connection information from the floor nurses for your devices. The Netflix facility is also available on request.

There are separate female and male prayer rooms on the second floor and the prayer mats can be provided if needed.
Your safety is important to us. Therefore, there are 24-hour security guards in the building. We would like to remind you that personal belongings, valuable papers, and documents should not be unattended and that your private belongings are your responsibility.

There is a free parking area opposite our hospital for the vehicles of our valued patients and patient relatives. We kindly ask you not to park at the Emergency Service entrance as it is reserved for ambulance services and patient transfers.
Our hospitals are located at the central point of both towns within 5 minutes’ walking distance from shopping centers, cafes and the main street.
